Brian Belcher was born in a small town in Southern West Virginia.  Since 1996, Brian has lived in Gastonia, Lake Wylie, University City, Mint Hill, Southpark and currently resides in South Charlotte.  So, if you're looking for someone that really knows the Charlotte area you've found the right guy!  Brian and his wife Beth have been married for eight years.  They have two sons, Christian (age 7) and Coleton (age 4).   They also have a Cocker Spaniel, Daisy (age 10 or 70 in dog years).

Selling real estate is not only his passion - it is his livelihood.  Brian takes his business very seriously, and works hard to make sure that each client receives a superior level of service.

Brian was educated at Marshall University and Fairmont State College, both of which are located in West Virginia.  He practically grew up in the real estate business under the wing of his grandfather, who not only raised him, but taught him about the real estate business through his own commercial and residential real estate company. 

Today, Brian is the team leader of the Carolina Home Pros, a multi-million dollar producing real estate team with RE/MAX Metro Realty.  In 2007 and 2009, Brian received the coveted RE/MAX Platinum Club award (awarded to the top 2% of RE/MAX agents nationally).  In 2009, the Carolina Home Pros were recognized by RE/MAX International as the #9 RE/MAX team in the state of North Carolina. 

Brian and his team are licensed Realtors/Brokers in North Carolina & South Carolina and are honored to have the privilege of helping their friends, family and neighbors with their real estate needs.

When Brian is not selling real estate, he enjoys reading, snow skiing, billiards, camping, Scrabble and spending time with his wife and boys!
